What areas do you manage?

Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Carefree and North Phoenix. We stay close to the homes we already manage so our team can respond quickly.

What does it cost?

Our fee is a percentage of booking revenue, so we only do well when you do. We'll walk through exact pricing on our first call, tailored to your home.

My home is already on Airbnb. Can you take it over?

Yes. We can keep your existing listing and reviews where possible, and we handle the switch so upcoming guests aren't affected.

Can I still use my home?

Yes. Block the dates you want and they're yours.

Do you help with permits and taxes?

Yes. We help you get your city short-term rental license and state tax registration set up, and keep them current.

How fast can my home go live?

Most homes go live within a few weeks of the walkthrough, depending on photos, furnishing and permits.
